Transition Technical Assistance Network & NWRESD extends an invitation for you to attend...
High Quality Transition IEP
March 9, 2022 | Via Zoom | 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sarah Statham, Transition Network Facilitator (TNF), along with other TNFs from across Oregon, will present a workshop on developing and writing meaningful, high quality transition IEPs. This will be an interactive workshop focusing on finding that through-line in a transition IEP. You will learn about gathering information from a variety of assessments, writing post secondary goals including outside agencies, and writing meaningful annual goals. You will identify places where much of this work is already happening in the school systems. Everyone is welcome to bring a transition IEP you are currently working on so you can apply ideas you learn and ask questions.
Audience
Any school special education teacher, case manager, administrators, or anyone providing transitional services for students 14 years of age or older would find this training of benefit.
