Meeting Purpose: The Oregon Regional Inclusive Services Autism Professional Learning Team, represented by the eight regional service districts in Oregon, is proud to present an all day training on Autism. The program will begin with a keynote presentation by Emily Rubin, MS, CCC-SLP, on the topic of, "Finding the ‘Fuel’ for Learning in Inclusive Settings – The Importance of Social Emotional Engagement". Ms. Rubin is the Director of Communications at Crossroads, Inc., a private practice specializing in the provision of professional development workshops.
Attendees from all Oregon School Districts and Education Service Districts will be provided with up-to-date information on current Autism related topics. Three break-out sessions will be offered for the morning and three for the afternoon program, with the ability to attend two.

Audience: Anyone working in the Oregon education system and/or likely to refer families to autism services, e.g., teachers, school district care coordinators and social workers, school counselors, school psychologists, instructional assistants, SPED case managers, and appropriate administrators, etc.

PDUs: 4.5 (four and one-half) PDUs available for all-day conference attendance.
Break-out Sessions: See attached agenda and flyer for break-out topics along with presenter bios. You will be asked to select two break-out sessions during the registration process--one for the morning and one for the afternoon.
