NWRESD | Zoom | November 16, 2021

This training opportunity is available for your district's school-age ASD Evaluation needs. This will be offered to licensed, school-age (K-21) SPED staff and ECSE staff and will be available on-line via Zoom.

Workshop Presenter

Tina Meier-Nowell, ASD Team, will provide the training. She has over 20 years expertise in evaluating and serving students with complex needs.

ASD Observations - Tips, Tricks, Timesavers, Adding Observations into Reports:
  • Date/Time: November 16, 2021; 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
  • Target Audience: Licensed staff, ECSE and school-age.
  • Topic: This session will begin by allowing participants the opportunity to bring forward any questions they have regarding ASD evaluation in general as well as specific cases in which they'd like to discuss for additional support. The content presented will focus on discussing observations and direct interactions. Strategies will be discussed in regards to ways to interact, tips on how and when to observe, and various tools will be shared. Some case studies will occur for some practice and discussion.
