Safety-Care Core Training

Thursday & Friday, February 6 & 7, 2020 at Seaside Public Library 

9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Training provided by staff of NWRESD

Safety-Care is a training program for staff working with children, adolescents or adults who may exhibit challenging or dangerous behavior.  The focus in Safety-Care is on prevention, safety, and humane, supportive, evidence-based interventions. You'll learn to prevent many behavioral crises and how to respond if a crisis does happen.

Training Details

Date: Thursday & Friday, February 6 & 7, 2020

Start Time:  9:30 a.m.  |  End Time:  4:00 p.m.

Seaside Public Library, 1131 Broadway, Seaside, OR 97138

Lunch: You will be on your own for lunch. 

Attire: Please dress comfortably.  Pants, t-shirts, and jeans are acceptable. Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes that lace or buckle.

Important Note!  In order to be certified, attendees must be present for the entire training.

Payment Details

Cost: $100.00/per person

1.  Invoice.  Districts and other organizations can be invoiced directly.

Cancellation Policy:

-Registrations cancelled on or prior to 01/23/2020 will not be invoiced.

-Registrations cancelled on or after 01/24/2020 will be invoiced.

Your registration will reflect "awaiting payment" until an NWRESD staff member manually updates the record.
